Submitting an application is the first step to joining our company. On our careers page, you will find the current vacancies and also have the opportunity to send us an unsolicited application. Send us your application documents (complete CV, cover letter and references) directly via our online portal. The “Apply now” button under the respective job advertisement will take you directly to our application form, where you can upload your documents and complete your details in just a few steps.

After successful submission of your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Each application will be carefully reviewed and a response will be sent to you as soon as possible.

You’ve cleared the first hurdle! We will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment for a telephone interview. During this interview, we will learn more about your previous work experience and you will find out more about RAILPOOL and the advertised position.

In an interview via MS teams, you will get to know the first team members and gain a deeper insight into what it’s like behind the scenes at RAILPOOL.

In the second interview, you will get to know the responsible managing director and we will clarify any outstanding questions.

If it suits both sides and you can imagine joining RAILPOOL, we will discuss the contract offer over the phone and then send it to you by e-mail so that you can read it through at your leisure. And then it’s time to welcome you to RAILPOOL!
