COMPLIANCE

As a company operating throughout Europe, RAILPOOL bears social and legal responsibility. This responsibility includes ensuring that RAILPOOL adheres to applicable laws, respects basic ethical values and acts with integrity everywhere and at all times.

In order to protect the company and its employees against legal and reputational risks, RAILPOOL has set up a reporting office. The focus is on preventing corruption, competition violations and money laundering as well as compliance with foreign trade law. Further focal points include data protection and information security. Compliance violations will not be tolerated. If they do occur, RAILPOOL will respond immediately and resolutely.

COMPLIANCE REPORTING OFFICE

RAILPOOL promotes a corporate culture in which issues of integrity can be discussed openly. Employees are prompted and required to report possible violations. If they have any questions or doubts, they are encouraged to seek advice. RAILPOOL provides all employees, as well as customers, suppliers and other third parties with a reporting channel for the simple and secure submission of information about compliance violations. The report can be made anonymously if desired.

Submitting a report initiates the RAILPOOL Group’s whistleblowing process. The Compliance Reporting Office makes it possible to report a violation anonymously. For further communication, it is advisable to provide contact details. Incoming information is always treated confidentially.
